Sarah Lytle

Hello, I’m Sarah Lytle, a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) dedicated to providing compassionate and inclusive psychological care. I earned my master’s in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in 2018. Since then, I have specialized in psychological testing and assessment for individuals of all ages, focusing on neuropsychological evaluations for conditions such as autism, ADHD, Alzheimer’s and traumatic brain injuries.

I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach, recognizing that diagnostic labels, while necessary for insurance companies and helpful in guiding treatment recommendations, are limited and reflect temporary societal values. These labels serve as useful starting points, but true understanding goes beyond them. I focus on the unique strengths of each individual, emphasizing the value of diverse ways of thinking and being.

I have a particular interest in assessing ADHD and Autism in adults. I am committed to staying informed about the latest best practices for autism assessments, guided by insights from the Autistic community.

In addition to testing, I also provide therapy for adults. My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential principles, with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Together, we will work collaboratively, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor the experience to your unique needs.

I look forward to getting to know you!
